We provide the care in a warm, friendly but professional atmosphere where the homeliness and tranquillity ensures comfort for our residents and peace of mind for their loved ones who care about their security and well being. Whether they are independent, frail or infirm, our residents can be assured of the best possible quality of life in a dignified environment they deserve.
The owners believe the success of the operation depends on providing a level of care that they will expect for their own elderly relatives. We have been successful in creating a culture in all our homes where the Residents’ need and Requirements come first. All our staff are carefully selected and nurtured with this ethos. A well qualified, experienced and committed management team is in place at each home, they are supported by a dedicated staff team external specialists and agencies to provide the required level of care. We actively encourage feedback from all stake holders to improve the quality of our services.

We recognise that for people with dementia there are special considerations that we need to be particularly sensitive to and that, for many, residents they still can retain ability. We have a number of staff in each of our homes who are fully qualified and trained in dementia care activities, thus bringing long-term experience and expertise. |
